Strategy sparring
A technical counterpart for the CEO or founder: someone who has held the seat and can pressure-test the plan, not just nod along.
CIO as a Service. I sharpen the strategy, then build the AI and data myself. On retainer or per project, international.

Seventeen years as a CIO, a Marketing Lead, and an organizational developer.
I've built and run IT systems, led marketing, and guided teams through change, from mid-sized companies to international organizations. As CIO I ran the infrastructure supporting over 2,000 people; as a Web3 governance coordinator I facilitated the governance of a $133M ecosystem.
I offer a full service range: deep enough to build the system, senior enough to advise the CEO, experienced enough to lead the change around it.
Some projects need a senior brain in the room. Others need someone who will actually build the thing. I do both, and I'm clear about where I stop.
A technical counterpart for the CEO or founder: someone who has held the seat and can pressure-test the plan, not just nod along.
Developed and operationalized, not just planned in a deck. From the narrative to the funnel to the numbers that follow.
Bring your people up to speed on AI, marketing, and Web3. Hands-on, on your real work, so it sticks after I leave.
Workflows that take the repetitive, manual work off your team. Designed, built, and shipped, not outsourced to a template.
The operational backbone: your customer data and processes set up so the business can genuinely run on them.
The whole stack stood up end-to-end: CIO as a Service, from architecture to a running system your team owns.
AI runs through everything I do. I build the automations, advise on where it actually moves the business, and bring teams up to speed to run it themselves.
No hype. Just working systems, and a straight answer on what AI can and can't do for you yet.
Build · Advise · UpskillI work as a consultant, plugged into your team for the long run, or brought in for a defined outcome.
I stay close to the team as a fractional CIO and advisor: a steady hand on strategy, on the build, and on upskilling as the work evolves.
A defined outcome with a start and an end: a build, a campaign, or a strategy sprint. Clear deliverable, clear boundary.
A 30-minute call. Tell me where the project is, and I'll tell you straight whether I'm the right person to advise, to build, or both.
